You must satisfy ONE
of the following bullets:

Be a New Castle
County resident
for at least 6 months. |

Be a full-time
student in a New Castle County college or
university for at least 6 months
(one semester). |
|
Be employed
full-time within New Castle County
for at least 6 months. |

You must be available
for rehearsals and the pageant all day on Sunday, March 16th,
2003.
Entries for the 2003
pageant are closed. Check back for enrollment information
as the 2004 pageant draws near.
There may be additional qualifications for eligibility that the Miss America
Organization requires. Please check with us to be sure that
you have
met all of the general criteria. There is absolutely no obligation, no entrance fee, and nothing to sign. There is never an entrance fee at any level of the competition, nor are contestants required to sell tickets, raffle items or advertising space.
